Returns Window
You may request a return within 14 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges beyond this period.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Perishable items, including fresh produce, dairy, meat, chilled or frozen goods, and baked items

Opened or used food products

Items not in their original condition or packaging

Personal care items (e.g., creams, oils, sanitary products)

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

It must be in the original, unopened packaging

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
How to Request a Return

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days

Shipping costs are non-refundable

If your item was marked as a gift, you may receive store credit instead of a direct refund
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you need a replacement, email us and send the item to our Aldershot address.
